At Chosen of Hope Care Limited, the after-school provision is designed to support young people aged 11–16 through structured after-school care and dedicated homework support.
1. After-School Care
The after-school care service provides young people with a safe, welcoming and well-organised environment in which to spend time at the end of the school day.
The service recognises the importance of consistent routines, appropriate supervision and a respectful atmosphere that enables young people to focus on their individual needs.
This approach is designed to promote:
- Constructive use of after-school time.
- Respectful and positive interactions with others.
- Personal responsibility and effective organisation.
- A supportive setting for learning and personal development.
2. Homework Support
Homework can be demanding, particularly when young people are balancing multiple subjects, tasks and deadlines.
The homework-support provision is intended to help young people organise their workload, break assignments into manageable steps and build effective, sustainable study habits.
Support may include:
- Structuring homework tasks and managing deadlines.
- Providing dedicated time and space to complete school assignments.
- Promoting independent thinking and problem-solving.
- Supporting the development of effective revision and study routines.
- Identifying areas where additional academic or pastoral support may be beneficial.
The level and type of homework support available will be clearly outlined to parents and carers prior to registration.

This service is available to young people aged 11–16. Parents and carers may contact the organisation to discuss the young person’s needs, the provision on offer and the suitability of the service.
